You aren't alone, it's not you. For years I struggled to make the changes I wanted to make - to be more confident and to be chilled rather than frazzled. I tried coaching, I tried mindset work, but it didn't work for me.

Change your mindset, change your life - well, nothing changed. I thought it was me.

I decided a confident chilled life mustn't be for me.

Then everything changed.

I enrolled on a business course and as part of that there was nervous system regulation. At that point it wasn't something that was discussed anywhere but I was curious. I went along to a tapping session to regulate my nervous system - it was as if my body breathed a huge sigh of relief. That was when I believed I could change my life.

Mindset work works on your mind, it can change your thoughts. But if you feel in your gut that whatever affirmation you are saying isn't true, or it won't work for you - then nothing is going to change. Your gut, your feelings and your mind must all be in allignment for any change to happen.

What is Tapping?

Tapping involves gently tapping on specific acupressure points in a certain order, whilst saying statements about how you feel and how you want to feel. Doing this gradually releases the negative feelings and emotions your body is holding. Memories from a teacher telling you that you would never amount to much. Memories of being bullied at school or work. The boss telling you that you are rubbish at your job. Gradually tapping lets all of those emotions go.

How does Tapping feel?

Tapping is just gently tapping on your skin, or clothes, it's different for each person, but I find it soothing and comforting. It's normal to yawn when tapping - that's negative energy leaving your body. You may feel energised afterwards, you may feel tired.

How does Holistic Coaching work?


This is my blend of Coaching and Tapping using my Tap2Soothe® method. After qualifying in both and seeing the results both can bring, i realised combining the two would create a powerful solution to soothe stress and bring change to lives. A session lasts 45 - 60 minutes. I ask questions, we tap, I ask more questions, we tap. No two sessions are the same, nor do sessions follow a formula. Each session is tailored to what you need.

How many sessions will I need?


This depends, sometimes one session is enough, sometimes you may need more. Some people like to have a maintenance session every 3 months. It really is down to your needs. You can buy one session with me, or you can buy three sessions with me.


What will it cost me?

One session is £95.00 If you want to buy a group of 3 sessions its £250.00

Is it guaranteed to work?

Nothing is guaranteed in this type of work. If you resist, it won't work. If you leave the session and go back to your old thoughts and ways, then it won't work. If you commit to the change you want, if you commit to doing a little bit of work after the session, then it will work.
