Emotional Freedom Technique - (EFT or Tapping) is based on acupuncture but without needles. It is proven to gently rewire the brain and soothe stress.
Not at all. You gently tap on certain points on the upper body and head, whilst saying phrases. The phrases relate to what you are feeling now and how you want to feel.
The video you receive will be around 5 minutes long. Tapping sessions could last 2 minutes or could last 15 minutes. You do what you can, when you need to do it.
Absolutely. If you can, get into a routine of doing it at the same time each day, that way you won't forget, and it's just part of your routine.
The video will explain the options, but you could book a one off one-to-one session or a group of sessions.
